The Heights is its own place — up over the rims from the rest of Billings, with its own schools, its own Main Street, and whole neighborhoods that grew up together. That last part matters for concrete: when subdivisions get built in the same era, their driveways age out in the same era too. Replacement done properly is mostly what happens between the tear-out and the pour. We break and haul the old concrete, then deal with why it failed — soft spots in the base, water tracking under the slab, grade pitched toward the garage instead of away from it. Then new compacted base, forms set to honest grades, an air-entrained mix for the freeze-thaw, and control joints cut so future cracking happens on our lines instead of across your driveway.
Not every job is a full driveway, and we will not sell you one when you do not need it. Single failed panels, a broken garage apron, a heaved front walk, back steps pulling away from the house — sectional tear-out and repour is normal work for us. What we will not do is mask a base problem with surface patches or slab-jacking; when concrete has settled, we replace it on rebuilt ground.
Most of our Heights work is residential: driveways and front walks in Lake Hills, Castle Rock and Terrace Estates, patios and steps in backyards off Alkali Creek Road, aprons and approaches on the benches west of Main. The Heights grew fast and its concrete is hitting middle age fast — replacing it before it becomes a trip hazard or a drainage problem is cheaper than dealing with what comes after.
Along the Main Street corridor the work turns commercial — storefront sidewalks, curb and gutter sections, dumpster pads, and asphalt patching, crack sealing and re-striping for parking lots that take real daily traffic.
